This series of four (4) live workshops of 60 minutes each will allow you to explore meditation.  Riim Lagerwerf will take you on a journey of experiencing 4 different states of consciousness, by exploring not only the traditional view but also the modern view. She will introduce to you what meditation is and how you can use it as a tool to not only reduce stress, but to develop personally and to heal your life. This series of 4 workshops is a great introduction to Meditation if you are new to it, or if you do not have so much experience. The objective is for you to understand what meditation is and to experience the different categories. After each session you will feel relaxed and hopefully motivated to start meditating.

February 24 | Workshop 3: Exploring  Vedic Mantra Meditation 
March 3| Workshop 4: Exploring Energy Meditation using breath 

This series is also a wonderful introduction to Riim’s Meditation Programme: Calm the mind, relax and connect. A programme that will transform you and help you incorporate a sustainable meditation practice in your daily live. 

Riim was trained by Charlie Knoles to teach four categories of meditation and guide people to learn and practice and integrate these in their lives. She is founder of Sankalpa Holistic Health. Besides teaching meditation, Riim works as Holistic Health Coach and Educator, integrating Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation and Pranic Healing in her Health Practice.
