Terms and Conditions

All clients participating in Ayurvedic care at Sankalpa Holistic Health (SHH) must be made aware of the following important information and terms and conditions:

1. The consultations, treatments and coaching programs offered by SHH are complementary and do not replace regular medical treatment; treatments are always offered in support of or in combination with treatments from conventional medicine, or as maintenance of health through guidance to prevent disease.
2. An Ayurvedic consultation is not intended to obtain a medical diagnosis. Consult a doctor for information about your health.
3. If you are following a treatment plan at SHH and you are being treated by a doctor, you should always inform the doctor. SHH always takes any medical treatment into account, provided you share this information with SHH. If necessary, you will be referred back to your treating physician to discuss your current regular treatment and compatibility with SHH’s services.
4. SHH does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications. When you provide your medical report, your current treatment will be taken into account when drawing up a treatment plan.
5. The consultations, treatments and coaching programs at SHH are carried out by a qualified therapist affiliated with the National Association of Naturopathic Therapists (LVNT). SHH is registered as an RBCZ therapist and the practice complies with the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz) and is registered with the SCAG
6. Certain treatments and massages cannot be performed if you have a fever, flu or cold. In the event of high blood pressure, illness or acute injury, it is important that you contact SHH to evaluate whether treatment can take place.
   Information is only collected from or shared with third parties with the client’s permission. Unless applicable laws and regulations provide otherwise).
7. SHH handles the client’s data confidentially and carefully. These are only used for guidance/treatment, file creation, reporting, communication, invoicing and administration.
8. Appointments made can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or missed may be charged.
9. The first appointment (Ayurvedic intake) is intended for anamnesis and Ayurvedic examination. This appointment takes approximately 1.5 hours and the costs are €100. In the next 60-minute consultation, the Ayurvedic diagnosis and personal treatment plan are presented and  discussed and, after the client agrees, the treatment is started. The costs are €80.
   The following regular consultations last approximately 1 hour. The rate for this is €80 per hour.
10. The rates for treatments and other services like workshops, courses or training can be found on the website.
11. Rates may be adjusted from time to time. The client will be notified of this in a timely manner.
12. SHH handles the client’s data confidentially and carefully. These are only used for guidance/treatment, file creation, reporting, communication, invoicing and administration.
13. For complaints clients can always discuss this with us so that we can look for a solution or improvement.  You can also report this to us by email via info@sankalpaholistichealth.com.
