Gebruik:
Neem een paar druppels olie in je handen en verwarm het door ze tegen elkaar te wrijven. Begin bij de partnermassage met de nek, dan de schouders en rug. Werk af met het voorhoofd en de kaak. Maak lange strijkbewegingen op de ledematen en cirkelvormige bewegingen op de gewrichten
Voor zelfmassage - Masseer je handen en voeten in langzame bewegingen en geniet van de warmte en voedingsstoffen die de olie jouw huid geeft. Masseer vervolgens de buik en borst met brede, cirkelvormige bewegingen met de klok mee. Masseer ten slotte het voorhoofd en de kaak en neem de tijd om de olie minstens 15 minuten in je lichaam te laten trekken. Daarna kun je douchen.
